Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Switzerland and to selected countries across Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Processing Time

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or special launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs processing (for international orders), or unforeseen logistical delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier system.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, or if your package appears to be missing, please contact our Support Team.

We will promptly investigate the issue with the courier and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Kaarigar is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
