At Kaarigar, every piece is handmade with care and intention. Because of the artisanal nature of our products, we kindly ask you to review our return guidelines carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
The product must be in its original condition and packaging
The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Handmade Disclaimer

All Kaarigar products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations in color, weave, texture, or pattern are natural characteristics of handmade goods.

These minor differences are not considered defects and therefore do not qualify as grounds for return or refund. Each piece is unique — and that uniqueness is part of its beauty.

Enter your email address or phone number
Follow the instructions provided by our support team

If your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label (where applicable). Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Kaarigar is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if not sent according to our instructions.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
